Carpe Diem planted their own Organic Garden in the gorgeous Copia Gardens
Our new Sous Chef Issac Coles, who comes from a farming family, is heading this operation and we have already planted our winter vegetables! It's going to be a productive garden where the term "All hands on deck" really comes into play and all of the Carpe Team will participate to bring you the best Farm to Table experience possible.
We are all very excited and honored to be apart of this garden community alongside some of the best restaurants in Napa!
